ZDS Creative takes great care in packaging all orders before shipment. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for safe delivery passes to the shipping provider.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by ZDS Creative. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
ZDS Creative is not liable for any damage to products that occurs during transit or after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend photographing your package upon arrival. This documentation may assist with any carrier claims.
All sales made through ZDS Creative are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds after a purchase has been completed.
Exceptions may be made only if a return or refund arrangement is explicitly discussed and agreed upon in writing with ZDS Creative prior to purchase. No exceptions will be made outside of this process.
